Getting the app on your device
Our Park Lane Club app runs on both Google Play and the Apple App Store, so you can install it on pretty much any modern smartphone. The easiest way is to open your usual app store and type “Park Lane Club” into the search bar. You can also go to parklane.se and follow the buttons there if you prefer to work from the official site first.
On Android, the correct package name is se.parklane.guest. If you see several similar names in Google Play, checking this identifier helps you land on the right listing. For iPhone and iPad users, the App Store app ID is 1464597656. Dropping that number into search usually pulls our app up straight away.
Before you tap install, it is sensible to check that your phone or tablet meets the basic requirements. On Apple devices, the app needs iOS 13.4 or any later version. Android phones depend on what is written on the Google Play page at that moment, so take a quick look at the “Requires Android” line. The app itself is free to download and free to open on both platforms.
Android setup
To get the Park Lane Club app on an Android device, you can follow this simple flow.
- Open the Google Play store from your phone or tablet.
- Type “Park Lane Club” into the search field at the top.
- Look for the app with the package name se.parklane.guest in the details.
- Tap Install and wait until the progress bar gets to the end.
- When the button changes, open the app and confirm notification permissions if they appear.
- Go to the registration area inside the app to create a new profile or connect an existing one.
If the download bar seems stuck, it usually means the device is low on free space or the store is pausing things in the background. Clearing a bit of storage and retrying is normally faster than restarting the entire phone or cancelling the install again and again.
iOS setup
Installing on iPhone or iPad takes roughly the same amount of time, just through the App Store instead.
- Open the App Store app, then switch to the Search tab.
- Enter “Park Lane Club” in the search box, or type in the app ID 1464597656.
- Tap Get, then confirm with Face ID, Touch ID or your Apple ID password so the download starts.
- Once the app icon appears on your home screen, tap it to open and allow notifications when iOS asks.
- Fill in the registration form shown in the app so we can activate and link your membership profile.
What the app actually does
The Park Lane Club app is not a mobile wallet or a casino cashier system. It is built for guest access, membership handling and event information. In practice this means it becomes your pocket connection to what is going on at the Park Lane Club venue. Once you register, we begin sending you details about upcoming evenings, themed parties, VIP nights and shows that run at the club.
The main idea is quite simple: instead of calling in every time to see what is on, you let the app keep you posted.
| Feature | Details |
|---|---|
| Event Notifications | Push alerts and email mailings for upcoming nights |
| Free Admission Access | Selected parties, shows, and VIP nights |
| Account Registration | In-app profile linked to venue membership |
| Venue Information | Address, hours, and contact details |
| Platform Availability | iOS 13.4+ and Android via Google Play |
During registration we ask for standard personal details so we know who is attending and where to send confirmations. Pay attention to the email field: whatever address you enter there is where event updates and invitations will go. Using an inbox you rarely check makes it easy to miss complimentary entry opportunities.
If at any point you want fewer notifications, you do not need to uninstall anything. Your alert preferences can be changed from the account area inside the app. For enquiries about bookings or reservations in particular, our dedicated email is [email protected], which goes directly to the reservations team.
Your profile after registration
As soon as your registration is done, the profile section opens up more controls. From there you can adjust how we contact you, manage which newsletters you receive, and see which events you have already signed up for. The main app screen focuses on current and upcoming events so you can quickly see what is next.
Most of the account settings sit under the profile tab. That is where you go to tweak contact options, update an email address or check what you previously registered to attend. It is laid out in a straightforward way, so you do not need to spend long learning where things live.
If push notifications appear to be missing once you are registered, it is often a device setting rather than an issue on our side. On iOS, open Settings, scroll to Notifications, then find Park Lane Club and make sure alerts, badges and banners are switched on. On Android, open App Info for Park Lane Club, then confirm notification access is allowed. Those two checks resolve the majority of notification problems.
